For each associate that joins Tropic Shores Realty your monthly fee goes down $23.00. After you sign up 3 agents you will no longer have any monthly fee. Starting with the 4th agent you bring on board you will start earning a fee each & every month ($23 per agent). Imagine that! We will pay you every month! What would you do with that? You could pay your board dues, MLS fees, advertising costs, or just deposit the money in the bank!
