Hello Buyer’s to all of you out there>>>>

I am a Realtor associate, E-Pro, and located in Spring Hill, Florida. I Have not seen prices this low since 2001, despite what the media talks about, house prices are the lowest in years and are selling.
For an example I sold homes less then 6 months ago in the low 40’s and 50’s and now WHERE DO YOU FIND THEM?? Even foreclosures are up and gone in days with multiple offers and selling with HIGHEST AND BEST offers. With the lowest interest rates in history this is the time to jump into todays market.
The first thing is to contact a Professional Realtor who can answer all your questions and help you from beginning to the end. I suggest when you are ready for the HOUSE HUNTING ADVENTURE listen to a realtor for all the factors involved.
I always ask important questions like, if you need financing assistance I will help get you ready for your letter of Pre-Approval . After that you are set to go and the next thing is to discuss what are your needs and preferences.
Most of the time we know of deals even before they come into the market and if we know a little about you, we are likely to take you to the right house.
It’s funny and I can tell you my story of one of my deals, I met this sweet lady, and start asking her questions, like financing, area of preference, home size, bedrooms, pool or no pool…ect
I searched a few homes and showed her the pictures and in less then an hour we went for the big adventure. That afternoon she fell in love with one of the houses, she could not believe how I knew what she likes . Well to make a long story short we put in an offer on that house, and because it was a foreclosure with a couple more offers, she decided to offer about $8,000 more then the asking price, well she didn’t get it, she was bitten by a $2,000 higher offer. But the next day I found her another one even bigger and she did get that one.
DO NOT HESITATE to talk to a realtor, this is what we do for living and like any other profession, and it is not all about money but integrity and honesty and when you are happy, we are happy. It’s the greatest achievement to maintain good relations with you and previous customers and always the best way for future referrals.

Good Luck in you HOUSE HUNTING ADVENTURE

THANKS,

    Paula,

You are sadly mistaken if you think that buyers are waiting for anything; it is the banks who are waiting; more REOs are sitting empty and being managed by banks employees rather than being put on their books because they can then apply for, and get, more TARP money. These short-sales and REOs are ruining the market; they are taking down the country and the Capitalist system with it because of one thing the BANKS! When’s the last time you did a short sale? And, how SHORT was it? How about the agent representing the short sale? Did he even know anything about what the bank would accept or was he just a typical shill for these greedy lenders, who pay themselves bonuses with TARP money and as far as the house prices being low; sure they’re low and also being offered with no warranties and many of them trashed.

And this “Highest and Best” is a joke; all it does is empower the bank even further into delaying the sale for as long as they wish to. It is an error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.

    Peace,
