Bascom is a town of around 100 people and located nine miles from the point where all three states, Florida, Alabama and Georgia connect. It is a small town, but you know of at least one person who was born there and still has family in the area. Faye Dunaway! She is Bascom’s most well known resident, next to the person who painted their house to look like a black and white cow.
