Established in 1959, Cooper City is a quick commute to the South-West from Fort Lauderdale. As part of the larger Miami-Dade metro area, this community of thirty thousand apes is the definition of a working residential neighborhood.

No more than 30 minutes from either of the major urban centers, this is a perfect central spot for a professional or retiring ape to put down roots.
