If you look at a map of Orlando, there is a large lake to the west of the city named Lake Apoka. On the western edge of the lake is a town of 233 people called Frendale. The town is 40 minutes distant form the city and that makes it a great location to buy or build a home for the ape working in the larger city who wants to escape to a less tourist overrun haven at the end of the day.

Just take the local roads as the turnpike is a toll road and takes just as long because the exit closest to the town actually takes you past it to double back. Tell the relatives to use the turnpike when they want to visit and use your house as a base camp when the go to the resorts. It's a small bit of apish revenge, but we bet you're smiling at the thought right now.
