Cities in Jackson County FL
Almost touching the Alabama border, the city of Graceville is almost an hour and a half north of Panama City on Florida route 77. The city is primarily rural and a farming community at it's heart, but one thing that the local folks do not skimp on is the quality of the education they give their young.
Graceville's pride and joy is the primary and high schools that are heavily funded by the community and businesses. This is also home to the Baptist College of Florida, so there is no doubt that the emphasis on education is taken seriously by people living here. Not a bad place with apes with offspring to look at. A small town with access to the larger Florida attractions on weekend drives and strong academic standards. Sounds like a good thing to us.
According to the town's website, the folks here like the traditional feel and you can even get a nickel cup of coffee at the drug store, which still has a good old fashioned soda fountain. All that's missing is a freckle faced kid named Opie and a skinny deputy that takes himself way too seriously. Do you have something to add about this City?
