When you travel through the Florida panhandle, there are a lot of what some apes refer to as “sleepy little southern towns”. Gretna is one of those towns and the 1,700 people who live there are happy that it is. A little less than an hour to the north west of Tallahassee, this farming community has good enough access to the larger town of Quincy and interstate 10 to give you plenty to do, but is still far enough off the beaten path so that you can rest quietly and just enjoy a little bit of good old fashioned southern charm.
