Cities in Indian River County FL
This town has a population of, well… That really depends on what time of year it is. Permanent residents number 3,500, while migratory figures can be an additional 3,500 during the winter. The nice thing is that the whole town has a real sense of privacy because the majority of homes here are in gated communities and to top it off, they are located on a barrier island with causeways to the north and south. That makes this one of the most sought after areas to have a home for those who just want to have peace and quiet in the Florida sun.
Another nice feature is that Indian River Shores is located almost half way between Titusville to the north and Palm Beach to the south, each being an hour and a half drive along I-95. There is more demand for locations in this town, but the ape with a desire to have security and location can find both here, so it is worth serious consideration.
