The town is also called Jacob City, so you get two places for the price of one here. You can find this town of 200 people an hour and a half north of Panama City. It is a farming community, but the locals take something to heart as much as working hard on the produce they grow. That is the idea that community means that you help your neighbor when they need, and they return the consideration should it be called for. This sense of good old fashioned neighborhood is something that we'd like to see in a lot more places. An ape could get used to knowing that someone's got his hairy back covered.
