Cities in Broward County FL
For the park-loving hairy ape, Lauderhill is fantastic. This town is located in the heart of Broward County and hosts several award winning parks PLUS swimming pools, community centers, and enough early evening activities to keep the retiree-ape very content.
The city was founded in 1959, but the first name considered for it was Sunnydale, that name didn’t stick. At this juncture the region was excellent for dairy farming. In fact the cows out populated farm apes. Over time, however, careful development plans emerged that would create things like the Inverrary Golf club.
For single-family apes the entire Northwest section has been developed for that purpose. For investing apes, there’s wonderful commercial development. Overall the future of Lauderhill looks bright with a great sense of the benefits of cultural diversity in an All American City of some 70,000 plus residents.
Additionally the climate in this region is close to heavenly. The golf stream provides warm breezes, while the highways offer travelers from many parts of the State easy access to Lauderhill recreation, housing, and commerce.
