Cities in Broward County FL
Hello, Hairy Apes, and welcome to Lighthouse Point – a small town that doesn’t want to get too big for it’s proverbial britches. Families love the laid back tenor of this town and the administrators of the area honor that by not seeking too much expansion. Ok… if we’re being honest Lighthouse Point can’t expand because of the other communities nearby. Having said that, the vast majority of homes that do become available here are single family oriented.
Lighthouse Point is home to a beautiful lighthouse built in 1906. Nonetheless it took until the 1950s to see a real town form. The region offers over 20 acres of parks, restaurants, bike paths, and shopping. For investing apes these properties are a prime commodity. Do you have something to add about this City?
