As the name might lead you to believe, Middleburg is centrally located between Jacksonville and Gainesville. It is where the old riverboats and trains all converged and became one of Florida’s hubs in the mid 1800’s. The town still has a good deal of that old Florida feel and the ape looking for a town to make investment in, or just want a place to enjoy the famous Florida citrus, will fit right in here.
The main industry in Middleburg is construction. For an ape that wants to be close to citified cousins, Orange Park, Florida is less than four miles away.
