Cities in Escambia County FL
Molino may be a small town of 1,300 people and most apes would swing right past it, not giving it more than a glance. But you’re not most apes, you’re a Big Hairy Ape! And we all know that BHA’s have more smarts than the average ape, so we won’t just glance at this small town of farmers.
Molino is ripe for development because in the north you have the growing town of Century no more than 20 miles up Florida Route 95. And in the south, you have Cantonment along the same stretch of road around 10 miles away. With both of these towns stretching outward, and the Pensacola metro area expanding, apes want to live in a spot convenient to travel between Century and Cantonment.
Why? As Pensacola grows, the route to the north with quicker trucking to I-65 and into Montgomery will become more expedient. With the cost of transportation rising, every shortcut that can be made is important. The small towns along Florida Route 95 will become increasingly more important to commerce and living space in the years to come. A smart ape like you would do well to get in early. And at worst you will have a piece of farmland that will be just as important to the hungry population. Do you have something to add about this City?
