Cities in Broward County FL
Nestled between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Park was once populated only with stone quarries and trailer parks. While there are still plenty of places for Recreational Vehicles to hook up, those quarries are now beautiful lakes around which homes and businesses both have taken root.
There is easy access to I-95, and Pembroke Park also has a well planned out business and warehouse district on the east side. Investment-minded apes may want to look here when seeking a distribution point for their growing companies.
Along the west side, there are apartments and town houses. This gives the budget- minded working ape a place to put down economically gentle roots and still take advantage of Florida’s exceptional living conditions.
