Cities in Gadsden County FL
Half an hour west on I-10 out of Tallahassee you will find Quincy and some of the most well preserved old south you can find. This one town of 6,500 people has over 175 buildings that are in the National Register of Historic Places. There is even an entire section of the town that considered a historical site. So if you are an ape with a strong interest in the old south, or if you want to go someplace that makes you feel young by comparison, take a drive through Quincy.
Another great thing about Quincy is that while you are in the center of the Florida panhandle, you are still only minutes away from I-10, the state capital and an hour ad a half away from the beaches of the Gulf Coast with some of the best white sand beaches in the world. If you want to live where the Old South is still evident and have access to the comforts of the 21st century, you can not do much better than Quincy. Do you have something to add about this City?
