Roseland is located on Florida’s east coast behind the Orchard Island chain of barrier islands. A little more than an hour south of Titusville on I-95, this community of almost 2,000 people has a lot going for it. In addition to be within minutes of one of Disney’s resorts (which Florida residents can get year round passes to for less than it costs most guests for a week), you have multiple beaches that are amongst Florida’s best. There is also a resident that some of us silver backed apes will remember. Arlo Guthrie owns a home here! We’re not sure if there is a restaurant owned by someone named Alice, but it sure would make sense. Those of you who don’t have any idea who Arlo Guthrie is should just nod politely and chalk it up to “another old ape thing we just don’t get”.
