Cities in Franklin County FL
A small residential community 45 minutes south of Tallahassee, Saint Teresa has a wonderful feature. A pine forest that extends down to the white sand beaches. The local community is formed of folks that work in the tourist and fishing trades, as well as many people who work in relationship to the multiple state and national parks in the panhandle of Florida.
The best part about this stretch of land is that while it is directly open to the Gulf, the waters are shallow and this helps keep the worst of the storms that come along from pushing too much water into any nest an ape might set up. Speaking of which, this is a good place to do so. As the general population grows more mature, people will be looking more and more to Florida for living space. This is a prime market for the future. If you are looking to invest or get a vacation home while the market is low, Saint Teresa is a good place to look at. Do you have something to add about this City?
