Inside the barrier islands along Florida’s east coast is the city of Sebastian. The city itself is home to almost 20,000 people and thanks to the location between Vero Beach and Melbourne Florida, the town is continuing to grow as more people learn about what is called Florida’s Treasure Coast”. The name comes from the beaches that are kissed by the sun, but have temperatures that average in the mid 70’s throughout the year thanks to the cool air that the Atlantic provides.

This is an expanding community with new homes and areas opened up for expansion. Business minded apes will have a ready market here and the silver backs amongst us will enjoy the small city living with the Florida weather overhead. Considering living working or retiring and Sebastian makes good sense for all three.
