Seffner is less than twenty minutes east of downtown Tampa and home to 5,500 people. There are several secure gated communities that have sprung up over the past two decades with more on the way, as people start to realize that living in Seffner gives almost immediate access to working and doing business in Tampa without the crowding. Not a bad idea when you keep in mind that Tampa is the second largest metro area and shows no signs of slowing. Being smarter than the average ape, you should stop in and look at the openings in town. Bring your own picnic basket.
