This is actually the “official” name for what is commonly called Sun City. This is the retirement community of 16,000 people that made it legal to drive golf carts around the town during daylight to make it more convenient for the residents to cut back on gas, find parking and not have to return the carts they rent between rounds of golf. You have to give it to these wise old apes. They might be retired, but they are a lot smarter than the rest of the country.
