Tavares is located only 50 minutes to the northwest of Orlando, but it's location has more to it that just being near the center of all things theme park. This city of 10,000 people is at the juncture of Lakes Dora, Harris and Eustis, each of which connects through the town via rivers and canals.

The growth of the town into the area still undeveloped between these lakes is something a smart ape should pay attention to. While there are always more apes, having someplace for them to live and play golf is not being mass produced. Get to Tavares and find your spot between the lakes.
