Situated 20 minutes south of Lake Placid, Venus is home to a little more than 700 people who take advantage of the climate to grow citrus, other produce and raise cattle. This is a growing town as there are a great deal of single acre plots available for mobile homes and development. The town also has a history of diversity and tolerance for all kinds of people and life styles. People here stress respect for their neighbor’s privacy and openly support the freedom to live as you choose as long as it doesn’t involve infringing on other people’s freedoms.

Not a bad idea really. An ape can be an ape here without having someone try and change him into a monkey. If you don’t know the difference, you should head to Venus. They enjoy educating people on the different types of folk there are.
