Atlantic avenue, this community of over 30,000 apes couldn’t be any closer to the water without having to dry their fur. If you’re an investor looking for fanciful property in which to live, or that could become a vacation rental, Wilbur by the Sea won’t disappoint. Apes on a budget… well, you may want to look slightly outside of town for something affordable.

Most apes in this unincorporated community are reaching middle age. They enjoy having docks at which to fish, and the convenience of State Road 441 and CR 4075 to get into and out of town. Only 1/3 of all households here have children, which is something to bear in mind if you want a “family-oriented” living space. Even so, most apes here own their homes with only 12 percent renting. That means you’ll know your neighbor and not have to worry about too much in the way of tourist ebb and flow.
