I could stay in Tampa.” And that would be right, but that would be the ape that wants to live in a big city instead of a town of 4,000 where you can enjoy country living while being close enough to the big city to take advantage of it.

So who is the wiser ape? The one who lives in a crowded city or the one who spends the same amount of time getting around and has a big plot of land to call his own? Yeah, we thought so.
