The 1,600 folk who live here will be happy to make you feel welcome. The primary occupations are those related to farming and mining, but there is a really good Mexican restaurant in town that takes advantage of the fresh produce grown in the area.

Yes, this is another small Florida town, but there is room to grow here, or just get a good plot and have some elbow room.
