Not too long ago my daughter and I were looking for a house in Spring Hill and we were introduced to Mel Von Kriegenbergh from Tropic Shores Realty. After looking at a few homes we decided on one that was just what we were looking for! He just about held our hand during the whole process. He was great and answered all of our questions and even went and found us homeowner's insurance that was very reasonable. I told him that I will need a fence and a gate to keep my grandson and dog from wandering around. He said he could build it for me in a few days. The fence is beautiful and his work as a contractor is top notch! Shortly after that he called to see how we were doing and I told him that we lost our only key to the front door and that we were leaving the house unlocked when we had to leave the house. I had just lost my job from a fall and I was absent from work fo over a month and they had to replace me. He asked me if I prefer a brass or nickel color door knob and dead bolt set. I told him I didn't have the money to fix it and he said don't worry about it. I just couldn't believe it. The next day he came over to the house with a brand new door knob and dead bolt and installed it for us and told us, "you can pay me back whenever you're in a better position, and that the labor was on him". My daughter and I couldn't believe there are still people around that would just go out of their way like that. We're safe now thanx to him and we owe him a huge debt of gratitude for all of his help. If anyone needs the help of a realtor in Spring Hill Mel is the agent for you!!!       I lived in PA for the past 6 years. My family and I decided to move to Florida to be closer to my family. We saved up the money to move. Then we started looking for places to rent. We knew the area we wanted to move in. We wanted to be close to my grandparents. So the search began.

     We looked on zillow.com and craigs list.com. We found a bunch of ok houses. We spoke with a few Realtors. Not many were willing to work with us being out of state. My grandparents had agreed to look at houses for us and set things up. They looked at a few houses and spoke with a few people. Nothing really stood out. We then found a house in spring hill for rent. We saw the pictures and the house looked too good to be true. It was just beautiful. The yard was great, the house was basically in new condition and the rent was perfect. So we called tropic shores realty about the house. We were referred to a man named Mel Vonkriegenbergh. He set up a time to meet with my grandparents and show the house. He was very willing to help us out. So my grandparents met up with him saw the house and called me right away. They loved the house. My grandpa actually said I would be crazy not to rent it. I wouldn't find a nice house for the price and area. So we applied for the rent. 

     We had a few issues with credit and my husband would be leaving him job to move here. My income was threw Disability. So was a little complicated. Mel worked with us in every way possible to get us approved and in the house. He met with my grandparents again for the deposit. We were so excited. 

     After the move in the washer and dryer arrived. The washer died the next day there was an issue with it.  Mel got right on it and had it replaced asap. Even after the move he was right there helping no matter what we needed. He went beyond his job. He is a great Realtor and Person. He knows his job and knows how to treat people. These days every one preaches about how well their company treats people and in the end most of them do a crappy job at customer service.  They do things shady and push the issues on someone else. But not Mel. He was great in every way with helping us find our perfect house and also made our move very easy into the new house. I would commend Tropic Shores Realty as well as Mel VonKriegenbergh to anyone I know moving into the area. He treats people with respect honesty integrity and compassion as well as being knowledgeable in all aspects of being a Realtor.

I can't say enough about Joanne, her professionalism, & her dedication to her customers/clients. We were out of state & first time home buyers. Financially we had very little to work with. The few mortgage companies that would give us a loan, wanted to split it up into 2 loans which meant additional costs and she told us that would be more costly in the long run. She made some calls and immediately hooked us up w/a mortgage company that gave us a conventional 30 year fixed rate! Even though we were still in NY waiting to move to Fl, for about 6 months she continued to email us listings so we would be prepared when we came to Fl on the price fluxuation as the econonmy started to turn.
