I sent a message on realtor.com and immediately received a text from Melissa Hogan. We were in the area but lived two hours away and needed to look at a place with no notice. She was more than happy to help us. Then we had to go back to Orlando and do everything by sending our daughter to meet Melissa. We took up a few days of her time and she acted like it was no big deal. She treated us like friends and was amazing. She not only was there for the inspections, but she also did the walk-through for us as well since we lived two hours away. I will use her again if I ever buy another piece of property or a house.
