Let me cite two examples to prove my statements. After 20 years as a resident of Florida, we decided to move and relocate in Maryland. We wanted to assist family and friends. In December of 2023, Pat sold our fist hour in one hour. This was a stilt house on a canal. Then in September, we put our second home for sale and received a deposit prior to sale. Two days later, Hurricane Helene hit, doing great damage to the house, the pool, and the hot tub. We were devastated and it looked like a complete loss. But Pat kept the buyer interested, after all it was an excellent corner property with direct access to the gulf. In other words "the works." Pats skillful negotiations allowed us to sell the house before the market fell. We now reside comfortably in Maryland, all as a result of Pats understanding of the market and people.
